THE SHORE GALLERY, SUNDAY CURRY

At the ground floor level of the New Church is a self-contained Function Suite known as The Shore Gallery. It is named after Miss Patricia Shore, a life-long parishioner of St.Patrick's who, on her retirement from her post as Head-Teacher of St. Nicholas School, Lawford's Gate, became the Administrator of St.Patrick's Church. Pat died in 1992 and over 1500 guests attended her Requiem Mass. Her remarkable loyalty to the Parish was recognised by naming this Function Suite in her memory.

The Shore Gallery is used by parishioners throughout the week for Committee meetings, Talks on the Faith, Social Events and as a gathering place for the Residents of Dillon Court. At the weekends the beautiful room becomes a restaurant where Dinner is served each Saturday night, and Lunch each Sunday. The room is available for private hire, for catered functions and has been used by parishioners, visitors and even the Lord Mayor of Bristol for special occasions.
